The role involves evaluating legal AI outputs, conducting case law analysis, and providing feedback to improve model accuracy in alignment with U.S. legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate multiple AI-generated responses to legal prompts for factual correctness, legal accuracy, and strict client-readiness
- Conduct case law analysis and provide highly structured, written feedback to help the research team improve model behavior
- Participate in specialized calibration sessions to ensure AI alignment with real-world legal reasoning and U.S. labor law standards
Skills
- Candidates must be currently located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
- Must be strictly licensed to practice law in the U.S. (active or inactive status)
- Must hold a J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience explicitly in Employment / Labor Law (at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or labor union)
- We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
