They are seeking a Remote Real Estate Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their Real Estate and Business Law team, where the attorney will represent a diverse client base on complex real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
• Represent a diverse client base — public entities, developers, corporations, nonprofits, and property owners — on a wide range of complex transactions, including:
• Purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties
• Development and disposition agreements
• Real estate financing and public-private partnerships (P3s)
• Ground leases, easements, and condemnation matters
• CEQA, land use entitlements, and environmental compliance support
• Take the lead on deals, work alongside partners known for mentorship and collaboration
Skills
• 5–10 years of real estate or land use experience (transactional focus preferred)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience representing public entities or private developers is highly valued
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• A proactive, client-centered mindset and desire to grow your practice
