As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, responsible for identifying and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify potential customers through research, outbound calling, social selling, and analysis of target accounts
- Develop and execute targeted outbound activities across multiple channels (phone, email, social)
- Actively seek out key contacts within qualified accounts to initiate meaningful conversations
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by clearly articulating Radancy’s solutions and value proposition
- Qualify leads against predefined criteria to ensure strong handover to Sales
- Partner with Marketing to convert marketing‑qualified leads into sales‑qualified opportunities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers
- Build early relationships and uncover customer needs through clear, persuasive communication
- Maintain timely, relevant, and professional follow‑up with prospects
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all activities in the CRM system
- Track outreach, lead quality, and pipeline contribution against defined targets
- Consistently work toward weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity and pipeline goals
- Work closely with Sales to ensure qualified leads move seamlessly into the sales process
- Share insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies and lead quality
- Continuously develop product, market, and sales knowledge to improve effectiveness
Skills
- Experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or a comparable B2B sales role
- Solid understanding of sales cycles, lead qualification, and outbound sales techniques
- Strong commercial curiosity and a desire to build a long‑term sales career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to research accounts, identify decision makers, and tailor outreach
- Confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and social channels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in CRM documentation
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales and Marketing
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and open to coaching and continuous development
- Ability to adapt to change and evolve with new tools, processes, and sales approaches
