Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Incedo Inc. is a high-growth Digital, Data and AI Transformation Specialist firm headquartered in New Jersey. They are seeking a strategic Hi-Tech Sales Leader to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across their Hi-Tech portfolio, while building CXO-level relationships and leading large deal pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth for the Hi-Tech vertical by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
- Define and execute sales strategies to target OEMs, hyperscalers, SaaS firms, and digital platforms
- Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle – prospecting, solutioning, proposal, negotiations, and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and alliances to run targeted campaigns and develop qualified pipeline
- Manage a high-performance sales team with accountability for bookings, forecasts, and market insights
- Build and expand trusted CXO relationships across targeted accounts
- Act as a strategic advisor, identifying transformation opportunities across cloud, AI/ML, product engineering, and platform modernization
- Lead executive presentations and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Work closely with the BU Head, delivery leads, and solution architects to craft winning proposals and value-driven solutions
- Support large, complex RFP/RFI responses and co-innovate on high-impact engagements
- Ensure smooth handoff to delivery and maintain a strong voice of the customer
Skills
- 15+ years of experience in technology services sales, with at least 5+ years in the Hi-Tech domain
- Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets and closing complex deals
- Deep understanding of cloud-native services, AI/ML, product modernization, and digital platforms
- Strong executive presence and experience managing CXO-level relationships
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- MBA preferred
