Capilaux Aero is one of the world's leading independent distributors of rotable aircraft components, supporting various clients in the aviation aftermarket. They are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager – APU to drive the growth of their global APU business by identifying acquisition opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global APU sales, trading and leasing strategy
- Source, acquire and dispose of APU assets through both traditional and off-market channels
- Identify airlines, lessors and operators suitable for APU placement opportunities
- Structure and negotiate APU lease agreements and commercial transactions
- Develop relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors, OEMs and aftermarket trading organisations
- Monitor market demand, fleet trends and asset values to identify commercial opportunities
- Expand the company's APU customer base throughout North America and Asia
- Provide strategic market intelligence to support investment and inventory decisions
