The Sales Recruiter will partner with B2B clients to source Sales Rep talent, conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines to ensure a strong cultural fit.
Responsibilities
- Identify top sales talent through our database of NEPQ Certified students
- Collaborate with our B2B Clients to define job requirements and expectations
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
- Build an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within sales
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, CRMs (preferably hubspot or Close.IO) and professional networks
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
