[Remote] SCM with o9 Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking an SCM with o9 Consultant to support their supply chain management processes. The role involves understanding customer requirements, converting them into solution designs, and executing various testing and support activities.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of customer’s requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it
• Working across multiple layers of the application to convert business requirements and use cases into solution design and configuration
• Executing unit testing, regression testing, support UAT activities, support training
• Ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are captured
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent
• Strong experience with o9 Master Planning and Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning
• 5+ years of experience with Consumer Packaged Goods or Consumer Technology or Retail
• Requirement management and Business Analysis skills are required
