FuntoNetwork is seeking a Secure Data Exchange and File Intake Analyst for an active RFP opportunity with the Mississippi Department of Employment Security. The role involves designing and documenting secure workflows for file intake and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and document secure file receipt, SFTP/API/portal intake, validation, encryption, chain-of-custody, retention, and destruction workflows
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness
Skills
- Relevant experience for this RFP-based role
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements
