Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a high-performing Senior Area Sales Manager to represent LG Electronics’ Home Appliances business across a defined retail market. In this remote-based role, you will lead a team of 10-15 Area Sales Managers, driving sales performance and building strong partnerships to deliver measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance, market share, and brand visibility across assigned territories
- Influence district and store leadership to support sell-out strategies and key initiatives
- Lead, coach, and manage full-time and part-time team members to ensure strong execution at the store level
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client partners and retail leadership
- Execute market-level action plans aligned with business goals
- Identify and coordinate regional training opportunities with retail partners
- Create and communicate market intelligence, insights, and competitive trends to present to Area Sales Managers
- Ensure timely resolution of retailer issues and provide ongoing support
- Support marketing programs, product launches, and trade show participation as needed
- Facilitate monthly development reviews with the Area Sales Managers, emphasizing communication and time management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 25% or more, including overnight travel
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or home technology
- 2+ years of product training, sales enablement, or facilitation experience
- Proven track record of driving account growth and achieving sales results
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with retail partners and internal teams
- Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- High energy, results-driven, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident in delivering product education, including in-person and on-camera presentations
- Willingness and ability to travel 25% or more, including overnight travel
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend over, grasp, talk and/or hear, and drive
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
- 2+ years of retail sales management experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
