They are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join their Core Engineering Team, focusing on building AI-driven cloud pipelines and internal automation systems.
Responsibilities
• Architect, build, and maintain AI-driven cloud pipelines for marketing automation and internal operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing systems
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to automate development processes and optimize pipelines
• Establish best practices for AI tooling, cloud infrastructure, and system scalability
• Mentor team members, contribute to design discussions, and drive technical decisions
• Quickly adapt to new problem domains and take end-to-end ownership of projects
Skills
• 5–10 years of backend engineering experience, ideally with cloud, DevOps, full-stack, or data infrastructure
• Proven ability to architect end-to-end systems, reason about trade-offs, and scale solutions
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science
• Experience with AI tooling and AI-assisted coding workflows
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with frequent context switching
• Top performer who consistently drives impact and improves team standards
• Collaborative and proactive problem solver, balancing competing priorities
• Capable of abstracting problems and applying solutions to new domains
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain what was built, why, and its impact
