Dice is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead enterprise CI/CD and security practices supporting approximately 22 software engineering teams. This highly technical and strategic role focuses on modernizing pipelines, driving GitHub adoption, and aligning with enterprise DevSecOps standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Gitlab repo
- Design and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications
- Partner with enterprise DevSecOps teams to standardize tooling and reduce config drift
- Implement and govern secure SDLC practices (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
- Support custom deployment needs and complex release scenarios
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and tooling improvements
Skills
- 7–10+ years DevOps/DevSecOps
- Certifications (Required by EOY): AZ-900, AZ-204
- Proven experience in large-scale DevSecOps transformations
- Enterprise DevSecOps Leadership (CI/CD strategy, platform governance)
- GitHub Migration & Branching Strategy (rebasing, trunk-based, enterprise alignment)
- CI/CD Pipeline Engineering w/ ADO
- Terraform Module creations
- Gitlab Repo (ADO → GitHub evolution, complex deployments)
- Security Integration/Engineering (Snyk, SonarQube, policy enforcement)
- Cross-Team Enablement (supporting large engineering orgs)
