They are seeking a high-performing Senior Digital Marketing Sales Executive who will own the full sales cycle, consult with prospects on digital marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
- Lead strategic discovery conversations with prospective dental practices and healthcare professionals
- Present tailored digital marketing solutions that align with client growth goals
- Consult with prospects on strategies, including:
- Google Ads & paid search campaigns
- SEO and organic visibility
- Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram)
- Website conversion strategy
- Lead generation funnels
- Analytics and ROI-focused marketing performance
- Consistently exceed sales targets and KPI goals
- Forecast pipeline activity and revenue performance
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales tracking
- Use performance data and insights to improve outreach and conversion rates
- Partner with marketing leadership to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with client success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Contribute to sales strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of digital marketing trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
- Understand how performance marketing impacts business growth and patient acquisition
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or digital marketing sales
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling marketing services, digital media, SaaS, or performance-based solutions
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, lead generation, and ROI-driven marketing conversations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and performance data to drive results
- Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and highly accountable
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience selling digital marketing agency services
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or performance marketing
- Healthcare or dental industry experience
- Experience negotiating retainers or marketing service agreements
- Familiarity with attribution, analytics, and campaign performance metrics
