Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JFM Ventures is a fast-growing DTC supplement brand aiming for significant revenue growth. They are seeking a Senior DTC Media Buyer to take ownership of paid media execution on Meta, implement strategies, and optimize performance for their subscription-based model.
Responsibilities
- Fully own Meta Ads Manager including campaign structure, budget allocation, launch execution, and daily optimization
- Work directly with our ad launcher to ensure every creative goes live correctly and on time
- Scale winning creatives fast and cut losers faster without letting spend bleed on underperformers
- Manage daily budget allocation across campaigns and ensure spend is always flowing to highest performing creatives
- Shadow and absorb account history from our co-founder during transition and take full ownership without losing momentum
- Understand and operate based on LTV to CAC economics, not just first order ROAS
- Set and adjust target ROAS based on rebill rate, cohort LTV, and payback period targets
- Monitor blended ROAS and MER at the brand level and flag when spend efficiency is shifting
- Build bidding strategies that are profitable over a 30, 60, and 90 day window
- Understand how subscription churn and rebill rates affect how aggressively you can spend to acquire
- Build and own a structured creative testing framework on the media buying side, what gets tested, how long it runs, and when to call it
- Implement audience and targeting strategies to find cold traffic that converts at scale
- Build and test audience structures across interest, lookalike, and broad targeting
- Know exactly when and how to scale a winning creative without killing its performance
- Consistently identify new strategies and angles to test in the account and bring recommendations proactively
- Consolidate performance data into clean, easy-to-read weekly reports for the creative team
- Give the creative team a clear picture of what is working, what is not working, and what to test or iterate next
- Bridge the gap between media buying data and creative decisions so nothing gets lost in translation
- Flag creative fatigue early and communicate to the team before performance drops
Skills
- Proven senior media buying experience on Meta at a DTC subscription brand. If you have not run paid for a subscription business you do not understand the economics this role requires
- Has personally managed multiple millions in monthly Meta ad spend. You need to be able to prove this with specific numbers
- Deep understanding of subscription economics including LTV, CAC, rebill rates, blended ROAS, and MER. You operate based on these numbers every single day
- Sharp at creative analysis. You can look at performance data and tell the creative team exactly what to build next
- Structured tester. You build testing frameworks, not gut feel campaigns. You know how to read statistical significance and call a winner
- Data-driven and clean. Your reporting is accurate, on time, and easy to read. No one has to chase you for numbers
- High autonomy operator. You manage your account and your workload without needing to be managed
- Active, fluent daily AI tool usage is mandatory, not optional. We expect you to be using AI to improve your analysis, reporting, and decision-making from day one
- Experience with AppLovin, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads in addition to Meta
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
- Experience working directly alongside a founder or co-founder on a fast-scaling brand
- Background in health, wellness, or supplement brands
