They are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Associate to support regional marketing programs, manage events, and enhance sales engagement across North America.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing field events, webinars, conferences, executive dinners, and partner programs
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, gifting, and materials preparation
- Support onsite event execution and post-event follow-up tasks
- Work with AEs and SDRs to support territory-level marketing activities
- Help create outreach templates, follow-up sequences, Marketo email copy and light personalization for events
- Coordinate with demand gen and PMM to ensure alignment with campaign messaging
- Track program timelines, budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts
- Manage event calendars, registrations, attendee lists, and CRM updates
- Own shipping logistics and inventory for event assets and swag
- Maintain dashboards for program performance, event attendance, and pipeline contribution
- Support tracking of leads, follow-up activity, and influenced pipeline
- Provide weekly summaries and insights to the Field Marketing team
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and comfort working with sales and cross-functional teams
- Interest in events, marketing operations, and growing within B2B SaaS marketing
- Proficiency with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SFDC, ZoomInfo, or similar)
