They are seeking a seasoned paid-media professional to plan, launch, and optimize client campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads while collaborating with creative teams.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Set and manage media budgets, pacing, and ROAS/CPA targets across channels
• Build smart targeting and retargeting funnels; continuously refine audience segments and exclusions
• Analyze performance data daily; deliver weekly dashboards and insight-driven recommendations
• Partner with creative to brief new ad concepts, advise on hooks, and lead iterative testing
• Stay current on platform policy changes, beta features, and competitive trends to keep accounts ahead of the curve
Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on buying experience across Meta and at least one of TikTok or Google Ads, managing $250k+ monthly budgets
• Proven track record hitting aggressive e-commerce KPIs (ROAS, MER, CPA) through structured testing and smart attribution
• Fluent in Ads Manager reporting, Looker Studio or similar BI tools, and Sheets for deeper analysis
• Strong communicator who can translate data into plain-English insights and concise action plans
• Comfortable working independently with fractional availability, yet proactive in syncing with creative, brand, and leadership stakeholders
• CPG experience is a plus
• Bonus: Experience with UGC-driven creatives, TikTok Spark Ads, GA4, or lightweight CRO testing
