Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 3Z Brands is a dynamic, growing company that is uniquely positioned as a direct-to-consumer brand portfolio. They are seeking a Senior Growth & Partnerships Specialist to manage high-value partner relationships and drive growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of a portfolio of major partnerships, acting as a point of contact for select partners
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, flag underperformance, and surface opportunities worth pursuing
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for partners and internal stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of a framework to improve how our brands are discovered and referenced across a range of search and discovery platforms
- Work with partners to execute new tests to improve visibility and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partnership and content initiatives are aligned with broader brand goals
Skills
- 2-3 years in digital marketing, preference for in-house performance marketing role and/or affiliate experience
- Highly analytical skills and uses a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Fluent in standard affiliate marketing metrics and comfortable using them to quickly surface insights and guide partner conversations
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building process where none exists yet
- Curiosity about how search and content discovery are evolving, and interest in staying ahead of platform and consumer behavior shifts
- Excellent communication skills, is personable, and a strong communicator
- Self-motivated and assumes ownership of their workstream and a willingness to take on new projects without prompting
- An ability to multitask as well as prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- A keen desire to learn, adapt, and thrive in an ever-evolving environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or analytically oriented degree preferred but not required
