Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is redefining the IT industry for the Healthcare and Life Sciences market. They are seeking a Senior HPC GTM Specialist to develop and lead go-to-market strategies for HPC and Accelerated Compute solutions, focusing on pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in the Healthcare and Life Sciences market, developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive adoption across pharmaceutical, biotech, genomics, and clinical research organizations
- Work with cross-functional teams (sales, solutions architecture, product engineering, partners) to validate customer requirements, perform proofs of concept, and define pathways to production adoption
- Identify specific customer segments and partners to approach with targeted value propositions, build and qualify pipeline and support engagement through the entire business development cycle
- Develop business cases to support product feature requests for segment specific HPC use cases and workload classes, ensuring healthcare and life sciences-specific requirements are prioritized in AWS product roadmaps
- Define, develop, and manage HPC-focused AWS programs and initiatives tailored to Healthcare, Life Sciences, and regulated industry customers, including workshops, immersion days, migration frameworks, and reference architectures
- Collect, create, and manage sales and marketing collateral to facilitate the business development process, including whitepapers, solution briefs, customer success stories, and executive presentations
- Monitor customer onboarding and adoption; develop approaches to increase adoption rates, revenue growth, and workload retention for HPC workloads in AWS
- Execute on revenue, and non-revenue KPIs, delivering regular business reviews to senior leadership
Skills
- 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies including, but not limited to: Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT. experience
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
- Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting
