Innovien Solutions is supporting the scale up of a fast growing SaaS platform in the HR technology space, and they are seeking two Senior Implementation Consultants to own client setup and onboarding. The role involves managing the client onboarding lifecycle, conducting business process analysis, and building the onboarding playbook to enhance client experience as the platform scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the full client onboarding lifecycle, from intake after the sale closes through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to configure the platform to each client's compensation workflows
- Build and maintain client facing Excel workbooks to support configuration, data mapping, and reporting needs during implementation
- Drive deployment, training, and handoff activities to ensure a clean transition to steady state
- Partner with the CRM Lead and the founding product team to document what works, identify gaps, and build out the onboarding playbook as client volume scales
Skills
- 5+ years of implementation or client onboarding experience in a customer facing role, with direct ownership from intake through go-live
- 2+ years supporting HCM, payroll, compensation, or related financial services platforms
- Expert level Excel skills, including complex workbooks, data mapping, data analysis and extraction, and client specific reporting
- Hands on experience across the full implementation lifecycle, from business process analysis and consultation through design, deployment, and documentation
- Proven ability to translate and document customer business requirements into configured application workflows
- Strong client communication skills through design, deployment, training, and handoff
- Prior experience supporting compensation platforms
