Responsibilities
- Opening doors. Warm introductions to the operations, plant, quality, and maintenance leaders you already know. This is the single most valuable thing you can bring, and the one most directly rewarded
- Lending your judgement. Occasional input on whether what we are building actually serves the field, and the credibility of your name alongside it
- Light advisory engagement, on your terms. Reviewing product output, weighing in on best practice, or coaching a client team. Only as much as suits you
Skills
- A long track record advising or operating at a senior level in industrial operations, quality, reliability, or safety
- A strong network of operational decision-makers, and the standing to make an introduction land
- Professional credentials are welcome, though at this level your track record and relationships matter more than any certificate
