Bayforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise initiative focused on infrastructure readiness and cybersecurity risk reduction. The role involves partnering with various teams to drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring that complex programs stay on track and meet aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise technology projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Operations
- Drive execution of initiatives related to infrastructure modernization, cloud, networking, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and operational readiness
- Partner with Security and Vulnerability Management teams to track remediation efforts and manage risks
- Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and governance presentations
- Facilitate meetings, remove blockers, escalate issues when needed, and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Establish project governance, reporting standards, and delivery best practices
- Support organizational change efforts by partnering with Change Management and Communications teams
Skills
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise IT projects
- Proven experience managing Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Data Center, Security, or Technology Transformation initiatives
- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and resource coordination skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in complex enterprise environments
- Comfortable presenting to and working with Directors and executive leadership
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience leading Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, or Risk Management programs
- Understanding of vulnerability remediation, patch management, incident response, and enterprise security practices
- Experience creating executive dashboards and governance reporting
- Strong change management experience with enterprise-wide communications and stakeholder alignment
- PMP certification preferred
- Agile, SAFe, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or related certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting large global enterprise organizations
- Exposure to AI tools or AI agent initiatives is a plus
