They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to enhance their presence in the US market by executing industry events, managing content, and generating qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Execute WAA's presence at US industry events end-to-end sponsorships, booths, speaking slots, and the pre/post-event campaigns that turn attendance into leads
- Own a 12-month content calendar: commission and manage 6–12 thought leadership pieces a year (insights, white papers, webinars not sales collateral), all SEO and AI-search ready
- Build a consistent monthly pipeline of genuinely qualified leads high intent, right service, right company, right person
- Activate our client advocacy programme 4–6 clients a year speaking, appearing in testimonials, and referring
- Manage our outsourced content agency briefs, quality, budgets, and lead tracking through HubSpot
- Grow WAA's share of voice LinkedIn engagement, industry commentary, and relationships with the influencers shaping the in-house agency and creative ops conversation
Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on B2B marketing execution you've personally built and run campaigns, events, and content programmes
- From the creative production, creative ops, marketing services, or in-house agency ecosystem you know the world of IHAF, ANA In-House, and WFA
- You live and breathe the US marketing landscape the cultural nuance, the industry pulse, the event circuit
- Comfortable briefing and holding agencies and freelancers accountable
- An executor with ideas you bring opportunities to the table; you don't wait to be told
