Mindlance is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their Database Platform Team, responsible for building and maintaining an Internal Developer Platform. The role focuses on platform engineering, automation, and providing reusable database services and infrastructure for engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Build reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure templates
- Develop platform automation using Python or Go
- Provision and manage cloud database infrastructure on AWS
- Support database provisioning, migrations, and disaster recovery solutions
- Collaborate with SRE, Kubernetes, Observability, and Platform Engineering teams
- Deliver scalable self-service database platform capabilities
Skills
- Strong experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- AWS Cloud
- Platform Engineering
- Infrastructure Automation
- Python or Go
- Enterprise database platform experience
- Experience working in large enterprise production environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Couchbase preferred, Aurora or similar
