LevelUP HCS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives focused on large-scale SAP transformation programs. This role will oversee complex IT portfolios, drive strategic alignment between business and technology teams, and ensure successful execution of major enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio management activities across large-scale enterprise technology programs, including planning, prioritization, execution oversight, resource management, and financial governance
- Partner with business and IT leaders to define strategic objectives, translate business needs into technology initiatives, and drive successful delivery
- Manage SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including brownfield migrations from SAP ECC environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, SAP, infrastructure, integration, security, data, and business operations
- Drive program execution by establishing governance structures, managing milestones, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Oversee project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution planning, funding approvals, design alignment, testing coordination, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support
- Develop and manage business cases, investment plans, financial forecasts, and value realization tracking
- Identify dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and potential roadblocks across multiple interconnected programs
- Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences
- Support enterprise roadmap development by identifying opportunities for process improvements, technology modernization, and operational efficiencies
- Lead and mentor portfolio management professionals while establishing consistent delivery practices
- Promote Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement across technology teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT programs, portfolios, or complex technology initiatives
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Hands-on experience managing SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield migrations
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO) processes and business capabilities within S/4HANA environments
- Experience with Finance transformation initiatives including process changes, reporting impacts, controls, integrations, and operational readiness
- Experience managing large-scale testing efforts across SAP and integrated enterprise applications
- Experience coordinating SAP migration activities involving cloud infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, application landscapes, and system dependencies
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive decisions across business and technology organizations
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading global SAP transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting organizational change management, communications, and training programs
- Experience managing enterprise portfolios with significant business and financial impact
- Experience working with cloud migration strategies and modern enterprise technology platforms
- PMP, SAFe, Agile, or similar program/project management certifications
