They are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer to lead development initiatives, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and enhance applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack
- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Document, maintain, and refactor complex applications and scripts
- Ensure development standards, coding practices, and quality controls are consistently applied
- Define and oversee system integration activities and testing strategies
- Design, execute, and report on integration and application testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support project planning and help ensure delivery milestones are achieved
- Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
Skills
- Eligibility for UK SC Clearance
- Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) certification, or equivalent experience
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications
- Microsoft Azure exposure and integration experience
- Ability to lead discussions, facilitate meetings, and drive actions to completion
