They are seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to own the Fertility & Family Building product, focusing on member experience, clinical outcomes, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- The Fertility & Family Building product surface: member journey from awareness through outcomes,natural conception, egg freezing, surrogacy, and adjacent family-building programs
- Product strategy grounded in member and clinical data
- A member-centric data model: engagement, activation, clinical outcomes. You define the metrics, baseline them, and drive improvement
- Agentic, AI-native experiences that change member outcomes
- Cross-functional relationships across clinical, engineering, design, client success, and growth — you are the connective tissue on this surface
Skills
- 7+ years in product, with meaningful time in health-tech (preferably fertility space) or a high-stakes consumer domain
- Direct experience building with LLMs and agentic systems — you have shipped production AI features, not just prototyped them
- Strong data instincts — you can wrangle complex member datasets, define the right metrics, and communicate findings credibly across clinical and commercial audiences
- 0-to-1 track record with measurable member or patient impact
- Founder mentality: you own the outcome, not just the workstream. You push through ambiguity without waiting for permission
- Deep clinical empathy — you understand the emotional and medical stakes of fertility journeys and it shows in your product decisions
- Cross-functional fluency — you are as comfortable in a clinical review as a data deep-dive or an engineering sprint
