This role involves managing the full sales cycle and engaging with complex, strategic partnerships across various organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities within your territory
- Prospect and engage Fortune 500 organizations that can benefit from Fountain
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close
- Develop relationships with senior leaders across HR, operations, and IT
- Help customers rethink hiring workflows and workforce operations
- Partner with product and leadership to shape Fountain’s enterprise strategy
Skills
- 5+ years selling enterprise SaaS solutions
- Track record of creating pipeline and winning new enterprise customers
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Comfort selling to senior leaders and executive decision makers
- Curiosity about how large organizations operate and how technology transforms them
