[Remote] Senior Technical Advisory Consultant - Extend - Workday Success Plans

The Senior Technical Advisory Consultant will provide guidance on designs, coaching on development, and drive adoption of Workday Extend applications for customers, ensuring they derive business value from their Workday applications.

Responsibilities

• Workday experience with demonstrated success deploying technical solutions
• Passionate about driving adoption of Workday tools and applications with innovative solutions to solve customers business objectives
• Ability to communicate complex technical in simple manner across multiple levels from executive to developers
• Review technical designs and provide guidance to customers to ensure they are maintainable, efficient and adhere to Workday standard methodologies

Skills

• 3+ years Workday Extend experience
• 5+ years of experience with Workday integration development, or software development
• 5+ years of experience with technical consulting and solution design
• 5+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team
• Passionate about driving adoption and customer satisfaction through service excellence
• Ability to balance multiple advisory engagements with customers simultaneously
• Experience implementing or supporting Workday solutions using Human Capital Management, Financial Management or Student Information Systems
• Providing leadership role to drive innovate new solutions and services
• Extensive knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.)
