Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ledgebrook is building a modern data stack and is seeking a mid to senior level Data Quality Analyst to join their Product & Data team. The role involves leading analytical efforts to ensure data integrity, collaborating with various teams to improve data quality, and supporting data initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytical efforts to analyze complex data to ensure its integrity and accuracy
- Play a key role in driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, data excellence, pricing and analytics, finance, and compliance teams to improve data quality
- Proactively querying databases, reviewing data and dashboards, understanding data flow processes, and supporting implementation of data initiatives
Skills
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel required
- Strong analytical mindset, investigation skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Curious and persistent in finding the 'why' behind data inconsistencies
- Navigating a startup environment, fast paced and dealing with uncertainty
- Collaborative approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes
- Exposure to or experience with Snowflake and Python
- Insurance domain knowledge ideal, but not required
