Verito Solutions Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator to manage the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform. The role involves application development, integration management, and providing training and support to users while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of the platform.
Responsibilities
- You'll be responsible for the configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs. This involves managing users, groups, roles, permissions, and data
- You'll design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports to automate business processes and enhance productivity
- You'll oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
- You'll manage incident and problem tickets within the ServiceNow platform, including triaging, tracking, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- You'll facilitate change management processes within ServiceNow, including assessing, planning, and implementing changes to configuration items and services
- You'll maintain and enhance the service catalog within ServiceNow, ensuring that services are properly defined, documented, and accessible to users
- You'll provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to use ServiceNow effectively, including creating documentation and conducting training sessions
- You'll monitor the performance of the ServiceNow platform and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in terms of speed, reliability, and scalability
- You'll ensure that ServiceNow configurations and processes comply with security policies, industry regulations, and best practices, and implement measures to protect sensitive data
- You'll stay updated on ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals
- You'll manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors, including contract negotiation, service level agreements, and resolution of technical issues
Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Experience in system configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform
