They are seeking a Social Media & Community Intern to help scale their athlete outreach by managing communications, tracking interactions in their CRM, and representing the brand within their ambassador community.
Responsibilities
- Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline
- Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks
- Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly
- Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
- Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding
- Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving
Skills
- Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates
- Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding
- Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily
