Bizowie Cloud ERP is a growing provider of cloud-based ERP solutions based in Pittsburgh, and they are seeking a full-time Software Analyst to join their operations team. The role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring the software meets quality standards through testing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements
- Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work
- Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
- Stay current on new system releases and functionality
- Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality
- Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
- Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality
Skills
- 2+ years experience in an analytical role
- Self-starter with the ability and willingness to learn complex products and business processes
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and project planning skills
- Highly technically adept, experienced with web applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Experience with accounting concepts, manufacturing/distribution a plus
