Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Archestra.AI is the open-source AI platform for enterprise, seeking a software engineer to join their core or edge teams. This role involves working on their AI platform, engaging with community protocols, and collaborating with customers to shape the product.
Responsibilities
- Our open-source AI platform: github.com/archestra-ai/archestra
- Participate in the community and protocol-related working groups (MCP ecosystem)
- Work directly with early customers to shape the product
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering roles
- Heavy focus on leveraging AI in day-to-day work
- Experience building, shipping and maintaining production-level customer-facing software
- Comfort with open source workflows (PRs, code review, public discussion)
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving early-stage team
- This is an AI engineer role and we really love candidates who use AI in their day-to-day work. We will prioritize candidates who demonstrate that in their application and during the hiring process. The secret signal is usage of the word 'deliberate' somewhere in your application
- Experience in B2C products is a plus, but not required
- Located in a timezone compatible with North America: Canada, US, UK, Europe, Israel, Armenia, Georgia or similar (Asia unfortunately won't work due to timezone gap)
