As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with team members to understand customer needs, design systems, and develop product features to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the scoping, design, and development of product features
- Identify and fix bugs and technical debt
- Collaborate with Support to address technical issues for customers
Skills
- 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer
- 2+ years of experience building web application backends
- Strong technical background
- Think through problems thoroughly to ensure we're building the right solution to the right problem at the right time
- Ability to push back when necessary
- Designs take into account current and future needs, technical debt, and maintenance
- Ability to clearly articulate the tradeoffs
- Level up the people around you by sharing your knowledge and experience
- Curious and motivated to learn new tools
- Experience with frontend development is a plus, but not required
- You've experimented with AI in your work or on your own, you're excited about what's possible, and you've built something with it (an application, a workflow, a creative solution to a real problem) that you can walk us through
