Collaborative Drug Discovery is seeking a Machine Learning Software Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI capabilities within the CDD Vault platform. The role involves enhancing molecular representation, optimizing AI-driven molecular design, and integrating chemoinformatics with bioinformatics to create innovative drug discovery workflows.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging AI technologies to enhance scientific research and differentiate CDD’s products
- Designing, validating, and releasing new versions of the platform to improve scalability and performance
- Refining the user interface in response to direct feedback from scientific users
- Rapidly learning and adapting to lead in the evolving field of AI-driven drug discovery
Skills
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning
- Strong understanding of molecular representation and deep learning techniques
- Experience with Ruby on Rails framework
- Ability to optimize AI-driven molecular design for IP generation
- Knowledge of chemoinformatics and bioinformatics integration
- Experience in creating AI-driven drug discovery workflows (QSAR, docking, virtual libraries)
- Strong collaboration skills to work with external partners and internal leadership
