We’re looking for remote appointment setters to contact homeowners who may be interested in reducing their monthly electric bills through solar.
This is a simple phone-based role.
Your job is to:
Call homeowners → Ask qualifying questions → Schedule appointments
You are not responsible for closing sales.
You are not managing long follow-up pipelines.
You are not expected to chase customers after the appointment is booked.
Once a qualified appointment is scheduled, our sales team takes it from there, and you
move on to the next lead.

PAY STRUCTURE
This is a performance-based contractor role.
A typical closed appointment can generate:
$2,000–$3,000+ in commissions
Many consistent setters earn $8,000–$12,000+ per month once they are fully trained and producing.
Top performers can earn significantly more.
We also provide pay per appointment to help support setters during the sales cycle.
