NTT DATA is a business and technology services leader, and they are seeking a Solutions Leader with AI for State & Local & Education Sectors of North America. The role involves driving AI industry solutions, defining strategic vision, and collaborating with C-suite leaders to enhance service offerings in the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Set the industry strategy for SLED AI solutions and define a multi-year roadmap
- Develop and enhance AI solution offerings in areas including: Case management, Eligibility and benefits administration, Cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization, Payment integrity / fraud, waste and abuse
- Drive growth by leading solution development, supporting sales teams, and winning complex, multi-tower deals
- Engage Provider C-suite leaders as a trusted advisor on major programs
- Lead solution development for bids, ensuring offerings are differentiated, scalable, and executable
- Collaborate across consulting, delivery, engineering, and product teams to bring integrated solutions to market
- Strengthen alliances with key partners (Epic, Oracle Health, Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, cybersecurity vendors, Google, Leading AI players)
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI leaders
- Develop sales collateral for all solutions and services catering to SLED clients
Skills
- 15+ years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions with at least 10 years of experience in state/local government and/or education
- Deep understanding of public sector challenges and operations, AI, digital transformation
- Demonstrated success shaping and winning large-scale transformation or managed services deals ($10M+)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite leaders
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams and driving innovation at scale
- Participate in key industry events, be a moderator and speaker, as needed
- 8+ years of experience working with technology solutions for SLED (State, Local, and Education)
- Deep understanding of AI and the evolution it has taken
- Success shaping deals with managed services
- 8+ years of experience working with technology solutions for SLED (State, Local, and Education)
- 8+ years working with AI creating solution ideas within the SLED domain
