They are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to standardize and build essential functions as the company scales, working closely with the CEO and various teams in a dynamic, high-autonomy environment.
Responsibilities
- Build out and standardize new functions and processes before specialists are hired (implementations, recruiting, marketing, business operations, and more)
- Take on cross-functional priorities that shift quarter to quarter based on company needs
- Create durable playbooks and systems that set up future hires for success
- Partner directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams
- Support customer-facing work as needed, including occasional travel for implementations or case studies
Skills
- 3+ years of post-grad work experience in a high-intensity environment
- Strong analytical, structured background, ideally from investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup operations
- A versatile, adaptable generalist who can operate with autonomy and high slope
- Excited by an unpredictable, fast-moving role where priorities change often
- Experience in healthcare
- Having already made the move from a larger firm into the startup world
