As a Remote Survey Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound survey calls, gathering information, and submitting responses through our computer system. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound survey phone calls to gather information from respondents
- Accurately record and submit responses through our computer system
- Classify calls correctly based on individual responses, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to respondent queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time and productivity effectively
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage respondents and gather accurate information
- Proficient in English (English as first language), with the ability to read and understand complex survey questions
- A reliable laptop/computer that meets our technical requirements, including Windows 10 or higher, internal camera/external webcam, and USB headset
- A dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and background noise, allowing you to focus on your work
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with survey software and data collection tools
- Familiarity with public opinion research and the electoral process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits
