The company is seeking a Product Manager to join their Foundry team in New York, responsible for designing and developing digital products and services that meet market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Working with strategists, designers, developers and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for concepting, designing, and developing digital products and services that address a market opportunity
- You will create personas, conduct product research to inform concepts and new features, design products, and develop the corresponding user stories and requirements
- You will manage the product backlog, work day-to-day with the engineering teams to clarify requirements and recommend alternative approaches to meeting business requirements when necessary
- You will conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback, usage of the product and key metrics, with an eye toward continuously improving the product and user experience
- You also will drive ongoing market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and product roadmap
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven track record of success launching and iterating digital products for external customers
- Created products and experiences that resonate with users and demonstrate meaningful adoption
- Experience working with generative AI, on mobile product development, and on customer-facing digital products
- 5+ years of solid product management experience
- Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly, and execute independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize input and insights from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly
- Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience
- Demonstrated continuous learning and exploration of emergent technologies and methods
- A relentless mindset for problem solving and originating new solutions
