They are seeking a Technical Analyst to bridge IT systems and business operations, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals through analysis, design, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system requirements and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
- Evaluate software and hardware options and recommend optimal solutions
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
- Familiarity with database management systems and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and system architecture
- Experience with project management and business analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work hard
- Team player
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are a plus
