They are seeking a strategic and creative Technical Recruiter who will manage the full-cycle recruiting process and advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full-cycle recruiting process
- AI-savviness: use the most cutting edge AI products, understand what recurring use cases could be solve with new aI tools, and advocate for adoption of new AI tools
- Delivering a high white-glove experience to our clients and candidates
- Building strong relationships with our clients, the hiring managers, and our internal team
- Able to drive executive searches end-to-end
- Strategic sourcing, screening resumes, and evaluating candidates to determine fit
- Self-starter who can do well with limited structure
- Enjoyed being part of an early- stage but growing company and helped shape that
Skills
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in leadership and executive (director and above searches)
- Experience hiring AI/ML Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Researchers
- Track record of hiring top talent in well-respected organizations
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- Tech and industry knowledge, with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
- Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques
- Interested in being in a small business and helping shape it
- Strong verbal and communication skills
