They are seeking experienced Territory Sales Managers to represent the brand in key markets across the United States, focusing on building and managing sales territories while leveraging a premium product platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow sales within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in athletic performance, education, and fitness markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on full-facility equipment projects
- Collaborate with internal teams on facility layouts, proposals, and project execution
- Utilize Defiant Strength’s vendor partnerships to deliver comprehensive, turnkey solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing, fulfillment, and installation
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience (fitness equipment or related industry preferred)
- Established relationships within one or more of the following markets: Athletic Performance (High School, Collegiate, Professional), Health Clubs / Gym Ownership Groups, Education, Municipal, or Corporate Wellness sectors
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close $1M+ in annual sales
- Strong consultative sales skills and experience with project-based selling
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Prior experience as a Territory Sales Manager in the fitness or equipment industry
- Knowledge of facility design, equipment layouts, or turnkey project sales
- Familiarity with cooperative purchasing contracts (Sourcewell, TIPS, BuyBoard)
