Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hamilton Medical was founded in 1983 with a mission to enhance the lives of patients on respirators and support their caregivers. The Transport Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, expanding the customer base, and promoting products within the assigned territory to pre-hospital and sub-acute professionals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned quota
- Identification and stratification of customer base
- Develop annual business plan - broken down by quarters and months
- Develop a robust pipeline
- Report on and discuss current business status, strategy and forecast as required
- Stay current on research and industry trends, interpret journals and research papers
- Identify EMS protocol development process
- Identification of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Clinical Education Workshops (CEW)/Clinical Education Programs (CEP) Identification and coordination
- Identify, coordinate and attend local/national tradeshows
- Identify municipal and commercial service bid opportunities and manage contract process
- Conduct initial install and training of products sold
- Maintain demo equipment in good working order and track equipment used for evaluation
- Record quotes and opportunities and other relevant activities in CRM
- Other projects as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of three years of proven success, preferably within medical sales or experienced EMS professional, required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Possess a professional and ethical behavior and character
- Ability to work well with EMS professionals, medical directors, committees, contracting officials, and C-Suite personnel
- Self-starter with ability to work with very little supervision
- Extremely organized
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Internet skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Inquisitive and solution-oriented
- College degree highly preferred
