Monday Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead the company's global product management organization. This role involves defining and executing product strategy, managing the product portfolio, and leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that deliver exceptional customer value and drive sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and market opportunities
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect customer needs and strategic goals
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities
- Evaluate new product concepts and recommend investment priorities
- Ensure product initiatives support long-term business growth and competitive differentiation
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and planning through development, launch, enhancement, and retirement
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize the product portfolio
- Ensure products meet quality, usability, scalability, and compliance requirements
- Balance innovation with operational efficiency and business objectives
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and development priorities
- Support Agile product development processes and iterative product delivery
- Lead product launch planning and go-to-market execution
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and customer expectations
- Gather customer feedback through research, interviews, analytics, and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments
- Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and roadmap planning
- Develop strategies that improve customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Define and monitor key product performance indicators, including: Product Revenue, Product Adoption, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Retention, Time-to-Market, Feature Adoption, Product Profitability
- Prepare executive reports and product performance dashboards
- Use analytics to improve product performance and inform strategic decisions
- Recruit, mentor, and lead Product Managers, Senior Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Analysts, and Product Operations professionals
- Establish product management best practices, governance standards, and operating procedures
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused culture
- Develop leadership pipelines, coaching programs, and succession planning initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 20+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Development
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience leading product management organizations
- Proven success managing complex product portfolios and delivering successful product launches
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and go-to-market execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with outstanding business and financial acumen
