Mun Health is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead their global Revenue Operations organization. This role involves overseeing Sales Operations, Revenue Planning, Business Intelligence, and more, to build a high-performing revenue engine that drives predictable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's global Revenue Operations strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to establish annual revenue plans, sales capacity models, territory strategies, and financial forecasts
- Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations through standardized processes and shared performance metrics
- Identify operational improvements that accelerate revenue growth and improve organizational efficiency
- Support strategic initiatives including international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and new market entry
- Lead Sales Operations, including territory planning, quota management, pipeline governance, sales compensation administration, and opportunity management
- Optimize the lead-to-revenue process and standardize commercial workflows across all business units
- Improve sales productivity through automation, process optimization, and technology integration
- Ensure CRM data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational compliance
- Develop scalable operational frameworks that support long-term business growth
- Own company-wide revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics
- Develop forecasting models that improve revenue predictability and executive decision-making
- Build executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting systems
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, customer acquisition trends, and revenue performance
- Deliver strategic recommendations based on business intelligence and market insights
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation, lead qualification, and campaign effectiveness
- Partner with Customer Success to optimize onboarding, renewals, expansion revenue, and customer retention
- Support pricing strategy, contract lifecycle management, and commercial planning initiatives
- Improve alignment between customer acquisition, customer success, and revenue expansion
- Optimize operational processes throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize lifetime value
- Establish and monitor executive-level Revenue Operations KPIs, including:
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Revenue Growth
- Forecast Accuracy
- Pipeline Coverage Ratio
- Win Rate
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

- Sales Cycle Length
- Present business performance reviews and operational insights to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven performance management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Revenue Operations Managers, Sales Operations Managers, CRM Administrators, Business Intelligence Analysts, Revenue Analysts, and Commercial Operations professionals
- Build a high-performing Revenue Operations organization focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop leadership succession plans, employee development programs, and organizational capability initiatives
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, transparency, and data-driven decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
- MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Planning
- 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience leading Revenue Operations teams within high-growth organizations
- Proven success implementing scalable RevOps frameworks and driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, forecasting, pipeline management, business intelligence, analytics, sales compensation, and process automation
- Outstanding executive leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with exceptional financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities
