The Vice President of Revenue Operations will lead the revenue operations team and drive sustainable revenue growth by enhancing GTM team productivity and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and drive highly productive and scalable go-to-market teams to enhance market reach and efficiency
- Build and drive a highly effective and accurate process for weekly bookings forecasts, supporting revenue predictability
- Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance accountability across the organization
- Implement and enhance balanced compensation and quota systems that align with organizational goals
- Implement and enhance high-impact sales enablement functions that increase sales productivity and reduce ramp-up times for new sales hires
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in problem solving (systems & process)
- 5+ years of experience in metrics development & reporting
- Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business strategies
- Focuses on aligning individual efforts with the broader goals and values of the organization, enhancing enterprise success
