Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atain is a company seeking a Vice President of Sales who will drive revenue growth and help industry-leading brands compete locally and globally. The role involves developing new relationships with prospects and engaging with senior executives across North America and globally to promote Atain's suite of omni-channel and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Being a trusted advisor to potential clients, harnessing the resources and capabilities of Atain Solutions to provide BPO & Digital solutions that create real business value
- Research targeted companies and develop a comprehensive sales strategy for identifying and acquiring new business within your assigned industry segment
- Create account-based selling plans with goals, key activities, and success measures including the supportive resources and tools needed to reach individual and organizational goals
- Leverage your own network to help build your pipeline and reduce the time to proficiency
- Meet quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams necessary to develop presentations and proposals for client pursuits
- Host site visits for potential clients to our various locations as needed across the globe
- Lead the negotiation process for new contracts with prospective clients
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new clients to make sure the committed results are achieved and the client is a promoter of Atain
- Utilize various sales tools for the development and tracking of opportunities through the sales cycle including Salesforce and others
- Work closely with other sales team members to maintain a supportive team culture
- Partner with the marketing team to support demand-generation efforts and events
- Travel as needed to participate in industry-specific conferences to generate new opportunities
Skills
- 14-20 years of very successful CX sales experience within the targeted industry of Travel
- Must have extensive experience selling and presenting to the highest-level decision-makers (C-level Executives)
- A very positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit (we're building something special here) along with strong written and verbal language skills
- Tech-oriented with knowledge of contact centers, customer service, back-office operations, and AI/ML
- Be a superstar salesperson who thrives in a global, collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Disciplined and self-motivated with the ability to work on your own and deliver strong results
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on the promise
- Excellent team building, sales, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, conferences, client site visits, and more
- Experience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo and other sales-related tools is helpful
