They are seeking a volunteer to create a recruitment package aimed at attracting speech-language pathologists for their Amina Grace Speech Therapy Program, which provides essential services to the community.
Responsibilities
- Create a professional, visually compelling recruitment package that helps GiGi's Playhouse Phoenix attract exceptional speech-language pathologists to our Amina Grace Speech Therapy Program
- Develop recruitment materials that can be used for several years across digital and print platforms, with editable Canva templates
- Support the mission by helping to attract and recruit exceptional speech-language pathologists to serve individuals with Down syndrome in the community
- Communicate the quality of the program, strengthen outreach to qualified clinicians, and build a sustainable clinical team for the future
- Collaborate with the team and provide clear direction and prompt decisions throughout the project
Skills
- Experience in graphic design and creating visually compelling materials
- Proficiency in using Canva or similar design software
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a team
- Understanding of recruitment strategies and materials
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or in community service
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology or related fields is a plus
