Non-tenured, Clinical Faculty Appointment in Secondary Social Studies and Multicultural Education Department of Teaching & Learning, Phyllis J. Washington College of Education

We are seeking applications for a non-tenure track, clinical faculty member to join our professional team of professors, clinicians and staff in the Department of Teaching & Learning. The clinical assistant professor will teach secondary social studies to undergraduate and graduate students, assist with the recruitment and mentoring of new and current students, and devote considerable time to establishing partnerships with tribal and community colleges in the state as a pathway to UM's secondary educator preparation program. In addition to secondary social studies, the successful applicant will teach graduate courses in multicultural education. Applicants with a strong background in Indian Education for All (IEFA) are especially encouraged to apply.

Schedule: Full time academic year (10 month) position beginning fall semester 2023
Entry Rate: $65,000-$75,000 commensurate with qualifications.
