- The FNSBSD homeschool program grades K-12
- The structured online program for grades 9-12

Contract Length: Minimum of 184 days
Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position): * Must hold a valid Alaska Type A teaching certificate. Applicants/employees must have a minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
- Must exhibit strong oral, and written communication skills; excellent data collection and interpretation skills.
- Must have skills in the use of multimedia and computer technology.
- Must possess strong working knowledge of content, curricula other than that approved by the FNSBSD, methods, and materials of instructional specialty; analytical skills to accurately assess complex issues.
- Must possess knowledge of community resources, and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of homeschool and alternative educational programs; in particular, online learning, and blended learning.
